Use of this web site constitutes your agreement to the terms and conditions listed below.  Please read our terms and conditions before using this site. Child Pose Yoga Mat Company makes reasonable efforts to update our web site and provide accurate information to our customers.  In the event of an error or omission on our web site, Child Pose Yoga Mat Company reserves the right to reject any internet order if the computer system makes an error in pricing and/or quantity. In that event, we will notify you via e-mail regarding the error.

Return Policy:

If you are unsatisfied with any of our products, please contact us immediately via e-mail (customerservice@childposeyogamat.com) or telephone (541-343-3230). Due to health concerns, we accept returns of unused yoga mats with the original packaging label intact. Please include your name, telephone number and the best time to call you.  We are happy to talk to you.

Delivery Policy:                         

We ship in-stock products within three to five business days after your order is placed.  We ship products on back order within three to four weeks after your order is placed.  Delivery will be made by U.S.mail, Federal Express or United Parcel Service. If you receive a damaged product, please report the nature of the damage to us at custommerservice@childposeyogamat.com.

Privacy Policy:

We respect the privacy of our customers. All customer information collected on this web site is strictly confidential.  We will never sell, disclose or forward your private information to any other retailer, person, business or third party. We may contact you via e-mail to inform you about new products or changes to our policies. If you have questions, please e-mail us at customerservice@childposeyogamat.com.


We may change our prices at any time, however, the product price at the time of your order will not change. We accept major credit cards. You may cancel an order pursuant to our cancellation policy (see below).

Order Cancellation:

You may cancel an order by calling customer service at 541-343-3230 or via e-mail (customerservice@childposeyogamat.com).  To cancel an order, please include your name, account number, e-mail address, order date, and order number. We will attempt to stop shipment to prevent you from incurring a shipping fee. If your order has shipped, we will charge a shipping charge equal to the amount that we have paid to ship the product from and to our company. Your account will be credited within thirty days of merchandise return or cancellation authorization.  We will send confirmation of your cancellation via e-mail. Cancellations are final when you receive a confirmation e-mail from customer service.

Limitation of Liability and Assumption of Risk:

The practice of yoga and the use of yoga mats involves physical exertion. Use our products properly for their intended purpose. Users of Child Pose yoga mats are solely responsible for the proper use of our products.  Improper use may result in personal injury. Child Pose Yoga Mat Company is not liable for any direct, special, indirect or consequential damages resulting from the improper use of our products. The laws of the State of Oregon apply to all litigation relating to our products.

Modifications to Terms and Conditions:

Modifications to these Terms and Conditions must be in writing and signed by an authorized representative of Child Pose Yoga Mat Company. 

Entire Agreement:

These Terms and Conditions constitute the entire agreement and understanding between Child Pose Yoga Mat Company and our customers.  No oral agreements exist between Child Pose Yoga Mat Company and our customers.  These Terms and Conditions supersede any prior discussions, understandings or agreements between Child Pose Yoga Mat Company and our customers. By using this web site, customers agree and acknowledge that Child Pose Yoga Mat Company will not sell our products to customers without each of these Terms and Conditions being effective.  If an Oregon court determines that any portion of these Terms and Conditions is unenforceable or unlawful, the remaining Terms and Conditions shall remain in full force and effect.
